• Carenation มีการออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบอนุโมทนาบัตรอย่างไร?

  Carenation เป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนเสียภาษีอย่างถูกต้อง จึงจำเป็นต้องขอข้อมูลในการออกใบกำกับภาษีและที่อยู่จัดส่งของลูกค้า ซึ่งทางบริษัทจะออกเอกสารให้ลูกค้าตามนี้

  • 1. ใบกำกับภาษีออกจากทางบริษัท (สามารถนำไปหักลดหย่อนภาษีได้เท่ากับราคาขายหักลบเงินบริจาค)
    2. ใบเสร็จรับเงินที่ออกจากทางบริษัทตามราคาพวงหรีด หักยอดบริจาค
    3. ใบอนุโมทนาบัตร/ใบเสร็จออกตรงจากมูลนิธิเท่าที่บริจาคจริง

  ใบกำกับภาษีและใบอนุโมทนาบัตรจะทำการออกและจัดส่งให้ลูกค้าภายใน 7-10วันทำการ หลังจากการแจ้งชำระเงิน

  พวงหรีดสามารถจัดส่งถึงที่หมายในวันเดียวกับที่สั่งซื้อได้ หากมีการสั่งซื้อและส่งหลักฐานการชำระเงินมาก่อนเวลา 14.00 น. ในวันเดียวกัน

  หากมีการสั่งซื้อและชำระเงินหลัง 14.00  น. ทางร้านขอจัดส่งพวงหรีดให้ในวันถัดไป

• สามารถปรับแต่งป้ายชื่อในพวงหรีดได้หรือไม่ ?

  ป้ายชื่อพวงหรีด Carenation มี 3 ส่วนด้วยกันคือ

1.  ข้อความบรรทัดที่ 1  : ชื่อผู้ให้ (บุคคล / องค์กร)

• จะทราบได้อย่างไรว่าพวงหรีดที่จัดเสร็จแล้ว เป็นไปตามแบบที่สั่งไว้ ?

  หลังจากจัดทำพวงหรีดเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางเราจะถ่ายรูปและส่งไปให้ลูกค้าตรวจสอบความถูกต้องก่อนทำการจัดส่ง และ เมื่อทำการจัดส่งแล้วเราจะส่งรูปพวงหรีดที่ทำการติดตั้งที่วัดเรียบร้อยแล้วลูกค้าทาง LINE หรือทางอีเมล์ค่ะ

1. กรุณาแจ้งทางร้านภายใน 7 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่มีการเซ็นรับเอกสารจากไปรษณีย์
2. ลูกค้าต้องส่งเอกสารฉบับเดิมกลับคืนมา ทางร้านจึงจะสามารถออกเอกสารฉบับใหม่ให้ได้ หากลูกค้าไม่มีเอกสารฉบับเดิม กรุณาแจ้งความและส่งเอกสารใบแจ้งความ (ฉบับจริง) มาเพื่อยืนยันค่ะ (ในกรณีบิลเงินสด ลูกค้าไม่ต้องส่งตัวจริงกลับมาที่ร้านค่ะ)
