โครงการ ICAP เป็นโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพเด็กปฐมวัยภายใต้การสนับสนุนจากมูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ เป็นรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ active learning ตามแนวทาง high scope ของโครงการ RIECE Thailand ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและโรงเรียน ในช่วงอายุ 2-6 ปี เด็กเป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ประสาทสัมผัส 5 ด้าน ผ่านการเล่นที่มีชีวิตชีวาเพื่อเพิ่มพูนประสบการณ์ชีวิตให้กับเด็ก มีคุณครูเป็นผู้จัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้และเด็กลงมือกระทำด้วยตนเองตามเนื้อหา 6 กิจกรรมหลัก ตามหลักสูตรการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยปี พ.ศ. 2560 และมีเนื้อหาอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติม เช่น การพัฒนาเด็กตามหลักพัฒนาการ การใช้วินัยเชิงบวก การจัดสุขอนามัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม โภชนาการตามวัย โดยมีกิจวัตรประจำวันที่คงเส้นคงวาสม่ำเสมอ

วัตถุประสงค์

เพื่อให้เด็กทุกคนได้รับโอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้วยต้นทุนต่ำแต่ได้ผลตอบแทนสูง มีความเป็นธรรมและเท่าเทียม เป็นการพัฒนาเด็กตามศักยภาพตามแต่ละบุคคลเพื่อเป็นต้นทุนทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีค่าให้กับสังคมและประเทศ

ผลลัพธ์การพัฒนาเด็ก

เด็กมีพัฒนาการที่เหมาะสมตามวัย
เด็กมีทักษะทางสมองเพื่อชีวิตที่สำเร็จ (Executive Function) หรือ EF เพื่อเป็นต้นทุนการใช้ชีวิตในอนาคตที่ดี
เด็กสามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองได้ เด็กมี self-esteem อยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ มีวินัยรู้จักอดทนรอคอย รู้จักเสียสละ มีจิตอาสา
การเรียนรู้แบบ active learning สามารถตอบทักษะเด็กในศตวรรษที่ 21

ผลการดำเนินงาน ICAP 4 ปีผ่านมา

ในจังหวัดลพบุรีมีสถานศึกษานำร่องที่เข้าร่วมโครงการแล้ว จำนวน 41 แห่ง กระจายในแต่ละอำเภอ และในส่วนอำเภอท่าวุ้ง ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลพบุรีได้ให้เกียรติลงนาม MOU กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่างๆ ร่วมกับศึกษาธิการจังหวัดลพบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี อำเภอท่าวุ้ง โรงพยาบาลท่าวุ้ง สาธารณสุขอำเภอท่าวุ้ง และมูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ มีคุณครูผ่านการอบรมรวมแล้ว 16 รุ่น มียอดครูเข้าอบรม ICAP 215 คน มีจำนวนห้องเรียน 192 ห้อง มีเด็กผ่านการใช้ ICAP แล้ว 3,970 คน
มี 11 จังหวัด 11 สถานศึกษา ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมโครงการICAP นำร่อง ผ่านกลไกผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลชุมชนแล้ว ได้แก่ น่าน แพร่ เพชรบูรณ์ สุพรรณบุรี อำนาจเจริญ ศรีษะเกษ ฉะเชิงเทรา ชลบุรี ตรัง สตูล นราธิวาส ซึ่งได้ผ่านการอบรม ICAP ไปแล้ว ปัจจุบันอยู่ระหว่างการลงพื้นที่ติดตามเยี่ยมเสริมพลัง

ภาคีเครือข่ายการทำงาน

โครงการ ICAP เราทำงานร่วมกันกับภาคีเครือข่ายทั้งภาคราชการ ภาคเอกชน ภาคสังคมชุมชน และผู้ปกครองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย รวมทั้งการให้ความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการ ความร่วมมือการระดมทรัพยากร ความร่วมมือในการผลักดันการทำงานเชิงนโยบายของประเทศ อาทิ ศึกษาธิการจังหวัดลพบุรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี สาธารณสุขจังหวัดลพบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย ในโครงการ RIECE Thailand คณะการศึกษาปฐมวัยและโรงเรียนเมืองร้อยเอ็ด นักธุรกิจภาคเอกชนในจังหวัดลพบุรี สมาคมนักลงทุนเน้นคุณค่า (ประเทศไทย) สถาบันเชนจ์ฟิวชั่น ภายใต้มูลนิธิบูรณะชนบทแห่งประเทศไทยในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ สถาบันรักลูก RLG (รักลูกเลิร์นนิ่งกรุ๊ป) สถาบันพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพองค์รวม มูลนิธิสาธารณสุขแห่งชาติ มูลนิธิเด็กน้อยพัฒนา เครือข่ายผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลชุมชน กลุ่มผู้ปกครองเด็กและครอบครัวในชุมชน
